A regular cycle of annual upgrades has established as the leading virtualisation tool for Mac users who need to run Windows apps and software tools that aren't normally available on the Mac. Those upgrades also tend to coincide with new versions of macOS itself, so with now in the final stages of beta testing it's time for version 14 of Parallels Desktop to make its debut. Last year's upgrade to largely focused on catching up with recent developments in Mac hardware, such as the Touch Bar on Apple's latest MacBook Pro laptops. Dvd shrink. In contrast, v14 is more forward-looking, allowing you to create Windows virtual machines (VMs) that support new technologies, such as Intel's high-performance instruction set, which is used in the current Xeon-based, as well as the next generation of chips. The developers have also improved OpenGL support for Windows VMs in order to enhance performance for a number of graphics-intensive apps, such as the range of data analysis tools, which haven't run well within the virtual machine environment in the past. A Disk Space Wizard helps to reduce the footprint of your VMs.

No matter what, this is a hassle. I'd rather have F11 do its thing when I'm clicked on a Mac app, and then have Parallels do what the guest OS is supposed to do when I'm working in the Parallels window. (I can think of technical reasons why this is hard, but so what, it's a computer and it's supposed to make MY life easier. Not the developers.:-) Another suggestion: Getting tired of using ctrl-C and then going to a Mac app and doing Mac-V?

Hi, I'd really like to test my VS projects on my Mac browsers and I noticed in the toolbar for VS there is an option 'Open in Mac' (see screenshot below). Clicking this opens a browser in OSX but I get the error 'Safari cannot connect to server: Safari can't open the page.because Safari can't connect to 'localhost' I've tried looking for information elsewhere but only found snippets through unrelated third-party sources which suggest quite a lengthy process so I wanted to hear from you what your official recommendation is for this feature/outcome before I try anything that might potentially interfere with any integration that comes built in with Parallels 12/VS2015?
My documents is mapped to a network share and I can't debug run etc. I had to eventually move to my local disk for debugging.
