Recall A Message In Outlook For Mac 2011

Is there a keyboard shortcut in Outlook 2011 for Mac to assign a message category? In Outlook for Mac, when a new email is created or replied to, the font reverts to 8 pt. Our enterprise e-mail and calendaring is running on Exchange 2010 and we have thousands of Mac users with Outlook 2011 and a thousand Linux users that use OWA to access their mailbox. Is it possible to recall a message using Outlook 2011 or OWA on Exchange 2010? Dec 15, 2012  Message recall isn't available in Outlook Mac. Um, well, the issue wasn't there until the upgrade to OS-X Mountain Lion, so I would imagine they at least have some responsibility to acknowledge the problem. You can't just palm off an error as someone else's responsibility as it only occurs with their software when it is your os upgrade that is part of the problem.
