Our enterprise e-mail and calendaring is running on Exchange 2010 and we have thousands of Mac users with Outlook 2011 and a thousand Linux users that use OWA to access their mailbox. It's a somewhat flaky feature IMO and can only really be used within MS exchange environments.

Um, well, the issue wasn't there until the upgrade to OS-X Mountain Lion, so I would imagine they at least have some responsibility to acknowledge the problem. You can't just palm off an error as someone else's responsibility as it only occurs with their software when it is your os upgrade that is part of the problem.
